Applications

1. Isolate: Recommended to use a rubber dam.
2. Cavity Preparation: Remove tooth tissue as little as possible.
3. Pulp Protection: Use calcium hydroxide paste at bottom of cavity.
4. Shade Selection: Tooth shade vs. VITA shade.
5. Surface and Bonding Treatment (Enamel, Dentin).
6. Etching: Apply etchant gel to tooth and keep 60 s, then rinse and dry.
7. Boding: Apply bonding agent and dry. Light cure for 10s.
8. Filling and Curing: Rebuild the decayed tooth tissue by layers and shape it, light curing then.
9. Shape correction with diamond dental burs and polish with blank bur and silicone bur.
